the great thing about herbal life is actually the independant herbalife distributors.  They are very knowledgeable about the product and will give you one-on-one advice to help you to reach your goals.  (In some ways they are a little like your own weight loss coach! and they are are always on hand to help you with whatever you need, and any questions you might have.)  This is vastly different from the programs you may buy at the chemist, which have none of the personal support and one-on-one help.  You are much more able to continue with any health program you commit yourself to if you have a support person on hand.
